Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Advanced Power Technologies TTC-1000-3A4142-TTMV63XX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aeg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Advantech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Advantest product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aeg such as the AD63K2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCA6751 manufactured by Advantech and we are pleased to be able to service most Advantech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BGR018834 by Manufacturer Advantest as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aero Brand A2S3512V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ae such as 2302247D equipment made by Ae have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ae products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ae" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PPC6152A made by Advantech as well as the popular DR500DR500R4A40X2DS16020F5X2DS16D20CF5 original spares produced by Aerotech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 158002100001 by Aerotech and 2302247D spares by Ae are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ARK3500F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Advantech.
